Easy Everyday Hairstyles for Women With Long Hair

Looking for a new hairstyle that is simple and easy to do? If you have long hair there are a lot of different hairstyles for you to choose from. However, not all of them are easy to do and some require a lot of time. So, if you want a cute stylish hairstyle that is quick and easy to do, you may want to consider braids, ponytails and buns.

Easy Styles for Long Hair

Braids

A braid is made by intertwining 3 or more sections of your hair together.
Simple Braid: To make a simple braid, you just need to separate your hair into 3 sections. Then begin to intertwine the sections, alternating sections.

Fishtail Braid: To start, divide your hair into 2 sections. Then pull a thin strand of hair from the outer section of the first part. Then pull it over the first part and add it under the second section on the other side.

French Braid: Start by taking a section from the top of the head. Then separate this section into 3 strands, crossing right section over middle section and then left section over middle section. You can now gather a small, even section from the right side of the head and add it to the right strand. Bring the right strand you have just added to over to the middle, and bring the middle strand to the right. Now you do the same thing with the left side. Then just keep repeating this process until you have no free hair left. When you have no more free hair, finish off with a simple braid and place a hair tie at the bottom.

Ponytails

The ponytail is probably the most simple hairstyle to do. You simply pull your hair up on the back of your head or the side and use a hair tie to hold it in place.

Side pony: This is a very simple ponytail to make. just pull your hair around to whichever side you want. Then use a rubber band to hold it in place around the neck area. This style is good for people with thick hair that is hard to make stay up in a high ponytail.

Flirty Pony: This is just a simple ponytail, however you wrap a small section of hair around the top where the rubber band is holding your hair up.

Half-do: This is where you take the top half of your hair and tie it up with a rubber band.

Buns

A bun is just taking your hair and twisting it and wrapping it up on your head.

Messy Bun: First pin your bangs back in a small pouf. Then keep pinning the rest of your hair one section at a time.
Knot: Part your hair at the center, then secure it in a low ponytail. Then coil the ponytail until it wraps around its base like a knot.
